Anything about the Launch of the GF FX?

This is what I'm saying - I, as yet, am under no NDA's pertaining to GFFX (p)reviews.

Do you think nVidia have got over the impression that to Rev this is an anti-nVidia site?

Dave, do you usually sign an NDA concerning a product when it's handed out to you, or earlier?

I understand if you do not want to answer that question, but as I and presumably others don't know much about such things it would be quite interesting.
Maybe a little article concerning reviewing practice on a general basis could clear up some major misconceptions about the job of a hardware reviewing website.
If there is no "general basis" about reviewing practice, as in every IHV handling things different, I can understand that too.

If there are already articles of that kind, a link would be most appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

I would also like to know a bit more into how NDA's work. Like the quote above, what is the general scenario when it comes to reviewing a new piece of hardware. Are you forced to only do certain benchmarks if you want to do a review.

thanks for any info,

As far as I know there are still things that are under NDA about GF FX... What ever you want to make out of this ;).
I don't know exactly how this PR NDA stuff works, but my guess would be that previewers get NDA, they sign it and then they get some material they need. I don't think that the date is actually in the NDA doc...
