I was walking across the road when a car swirves very fast past a corner and hits a 4W drive on the side then the guy stops for a couple seconds and drives off after the women in the 4WD goes out the car and talks to the next car.
Witnesses? I don't know why she went out to talk to someone else, maybe she thought it was that car that did it and when she found out who it was the person drove off pretty quickly.
Thankfully everyone was alright, including the children that were in the 4WD.
