This layout make no sense. Why they make small cash dies and one big cu die? this makes no sense for me. Would it not be better to have 6 small cu dies and one big memory die? Why they go this way?

So ~1.8x RT increase?

Weirdly, they just said ~1.7x performance increase gen on gen for regular raster games at 4K, but ~1.6x increase gen on gen for RT.
Unless they misspoke, are they regressing in RT performance? Or were they thinking 1.7 * 1.6 == 2.7x increase overall with RT in use?

Thing is though the numbers don't add up for dedicated matrix math units like 512, 768 or 1024 ops/clock, they claim 2.7x faster AI and the gpu is 61 Tflops which is 2.7x 23Tflops (6900XT)? Looks like they're claiming shaders as AI accelerators
