007 : casino royale 1 of the greatest movies of all time?

Daniel Craig is one of the better Bonds, I'm happy with him being the new guy. I don't know about the story and the plot and shit though, it was all kind of "meh" for me. The foot chase sequence near the beginning kicked some mighty ass though.

The guy he was chasing (Sebastien Foucan) was one of the guys to develop and publicise Parkour, and free-running. That's why his stunts were better than Daniel Craig's, but it was a good contrast between Foucan being all acrobatic, and Craig bulling his way through all the same chase obstacles.

That guy is awesome then. It was so awesome that I thought they must have been using wires or shit there for a few of the stunts he did. I think he might be my #3 hero, right behind Scarlett Johansson's two boobs.

Which boob is #1 and which is #2?

They used wires on the big crane stunts, because they really did those big jumps up in the air on huge cranes (I can't remember if those were stuntmen though). The acrobatic stuff you see Foucan do is just him though. If you get a chance to check out the two Parkour documentaries he was in (Jump London and Jump Britain), you will be amazed at some of the stuff they do. It's quite interesting, as it's also about the history ans philosophy of Parkour, in the gym with British Parkour enthusiasts, as well as them running around and jumping over things all over the UK.

Scarlett Johansson's boobs are indeed "heroic". If anyone argues, I will be posting pictures...

her boobs are tiny as hell...what are u talking about? kelly brooks boobs are heroic

You notice the famous first topless shoot by Kelly Brook (Arena I think) her arms are always above her head? She is, unfortunately, beginning to sag. I did hear somewhere that despite her "no topless" rule for many years, she's actually had loads of pictures taken in her early 20's, and will be eeking those out over the next decade as the "latest pictures" in her calendars and stuff. She is nonetheless stunning, and has an amazing figure. It's nice to see curvy women in the media, rather than these lollopop-headed, size zero, stick-figure, anorexic, Belsen-a-like, bobble-headed skeletons that seem to be in fashion at the moment.

Indeed, Ms. Johanssen is also known for her curves, and while not as top heavy as Ms. Brooks, she does have a very nice figure... bap city I'd say:

You think Kelly Brook doesn't wear good underwear? She actually has her own underwear line. Take a look at the Arena pictures (I'm sure you'll find them on Google). She's not as busty or as pneumatic as most of her pictures would lead you to believe. Like all people that live by the way they look, she makes sure she looks good all the time, whatever the reality may be, or how much underwiring is involved.

ive seen her topless pics, she definitely is

She's not. If you see her other pictures, she looks really top heavy. Without good underwear, she looks a lot smaller and saggier (hence the "arms above the head" shots in Arena). She's listed as a 34-E, so her bust size looks a little more exaggerated as she has fairly slim frame for someone 5'8" tall.

I was actually a little disappointed in the Arena shots, because she's not as pneumatic as I expected, but I guess time and gravity takes its toll, hence the forward planning of taking loads of pictures in her early 20s.

i think she looks fantastic in the arena shots. for me the hottest woman ive ever seen

She is very, very pretty, though there is always makeup, underwear, lighting, and a little bit of photoshoppery involved with almost every photograph we see in print nowadays. She's got a very definite presence that a lot of people don't have. I think you'd have to say "the camera loves her". She does have a great figure, and in a recent poll, she was voted by British women as having the figure they most wanted to have themselves.

It's a pity she doesn't get a chance to do more movies. She got great reviews for "School Of Seduction" and "Smallville", but I don't think she did herself any favours with "Three". Not so much because she got her baps out, but because it just wasn't a very good film. Unless she gets to do something really good and popular, she may be disappearing down to B-movies. Maybe she'll find something good to do on TV, but the US television/movie world seems to be littered with British actresses that didn't make it.

To get vaguely back on topic, she's several times been tipped for the female lead in several of the recent Bond movies, but it never seems to work out.

Jump London and Jump Britain are not Parkour documentaries. They are free running docummentaries, and this is precisely why Belle and Foucan split in 2001 because the art was being perverted by through free running..

Watch B13 by Luc Besson if you want to see Parkour.

B13 is unbelievable. Insanely stupid plot, but who cares? It looks so damn good.

Casino Royale is made by Eon Productions which are based in London and has always been based in London. So Casino Royale is not a Hollywood movie, it's british, like every other Bond movie.

Cheers

Yeah, but "Cubby" and Barbara are american, and so is the money...
Remember that EON is the movie production subsidiary of Danjaq LLC, which is an american company based in Santa Monica, CA, half-owned by MGM/UA, while the other half belongs to the Broccoli family. ;)

I think Craig gets closest to Zoolander in this pic. I didn't think of comparing the two before this thread, but my first thought on seeing that pic was, "Why is he pouting?"

I haven't seen Casino Royale yet, and I was initially ambivalent about his selection as Bond, but his performance in Layer Cake lay to rest any fears. A 007 flick "one of the greatest movies of all time," though? Heh, not a chance. I'm just hoping for good.
