I played a bit of Killzone 2, wanted something similar but modern and was lucky that Robocop got added to PS Plus Essential! Feels very similar if you play in graphics mode. Maybe I should even get a PS5 Pro for higher res etc?

The trick with Ubi games, is to always skip one to get the next.
I haven't played Origins, and I loved Odyssey.
I skipped Valhalla and I'm really enjoying Shadows.
Same with Far Cry.

Would you consider the Avatar game to be a Far Cry game?

I mean, sure it says "Avatar" in the title and has the setting from the movie, but for all intents and purposes it is Far Cry: Blue People.

No idea, I haven't played Avatar.
I did play Outlaws, although that one does stray a bit from the classic Ubisoft formula.

Avatar reviews said the same. I like the far cry formula in appropriate doses so it’s fine by me.

Just wrapped up Hellblade 1. Beautiful game and definitely the prettiest UE4 game I’ve played. To keep walking simulator vibes going I’ll give Firewatch a try next.

Im right before the final mission in AC Origins, so I´m doing random stuff on the map. This might be my favorite open world in a game ever. The landscape and every location seems so unique and hand crafted, its a joy to explore. Some times you run into a random tomb with puzzles, like a mini Indy game inside the gameworld.
