Looking at this trailer, it makes me think of the subway section with Henry Townshend in Silent Hill 4: The Room.

Don't you just miss the way horror games used to be made? Titles like Resident Evil 4 made the genre become an action series focused on bloodlust and minimal scares. But the indies, they understand the genre.

it may be also on pc, the end splash screen says captured on pc.
