CryptoCurrency Mining with GPUs *spawn*

I called Microcenter and you basically have to go in and meet with a Build-Your-Own "specialist" to determine if you can get a discount down to MSRP levels. They are being very hardcore about resisting miner buyers.

I've paid £389 including taxes which was launch MSRP in UK, really happy about that as I was contemplating not upgrading from Fury!

Same here but for the Vega 64.

Never thought I'd be so glad to be an early adopter. Save for a brutal cryptomining crash, that card isn't going back to £450 anytime soon.
And the card is practically paying for itself as we speak.

okay... so now i have 0.117571 ETH but... how do i use it to buy stuff? i cant go to amazon.com and buy gift cards.....

You can only buy grey market barely legal stuff on sites hosted in island countries you've never heard of.

If anyone is in Sweden I've found 5 x VEGA 56 in stock for 5589 DKK ... and it's first payday next week :p

ROI only 5 months ...

So.. Any recommendations?

For exchange services and steps to get my ETH to Amazon US gift card?
I've used ShapeShift and then local bitcoin to get FIAT, then just buy your Amazon vouchers.

Depending on where you are in the world, some local bitcoins exchange ETH, so you may not need shapeshift. The UK does not (or at least did not) though.

50 Cent forgot he had a stash of Bitcoin now worth $8m
In 2014, he released the album Animal Ambition and became the first artist to accept Bitcoin as payment.
The rapper received more than 700 Bitcoins under the deal, but then forgot about the cryptocurrency, according to celebrity newsite TMZ.

The hoard is worth $7-$8m, although the currency's price volatility means that could change fast.
In 2014, one Bitcoin was equivalent to about $662, but was worth about $11,200 on Thursday according to Coindesk.
