Which would you rather have, if these two were your only options?

Apparantly, all nintendo games (famitsu says that's about 100 games) are free. I'm not sure what it's going to be for sega games though.

Where did you get that from?

I didn't vote, because I don't believe it actually captures the real differences.

1) I would actually be surprised if Nintendo's offering is significantly cheaper. 4-5 bucks is what you pay for classics on Xbox Live. This is as close to "ring tone" fee as games will likely get. But even if Nintendo charges 2-3 dollars, it's really insignificant. Unless "free" is the price, cost shouldn't be a differentiating factor.

2) Is everyone who voted for "keep it the same" saying they don't want online co-op or online versus? Graphic enhancements aside there are other enhancements that make it "better" such as online leaderboards, achievements, and online play.

When play 2d games on a CRT HDTV(not everyone has plasma or LCD) I would perfer that they make it full screen or find some way to keep burn in from happening as a result of playing them a lot.

There should be an option of I already have a modded Xbox and have about 3000 Nintendo games I can't play on my HDTV at any time.

Well, the discussion is about legal nostalgia gaming, thus unless the guy owns 3000 nintendo roms, the point is rather invalid

A lot of people are referencing how they want some games untouched. They want them how they remember them. Out of curiosity, do y'all think those are the same thing?

Sorry, I forgot to have an "I'm a retard" option. Please excuse the oversight.

I voted for enhancements, partially what Sis was talking about with extra online features but mostly graphical updates to cure my HD woes regarding older games. One thing I have learned over the years of gaming and emulators is that, most of the games that I used to love, don't seem to have that same appeal for me anymore. For me, it seems like the older games that do still command my interest all tend to be arcade games.
