All the roundabouts going in here are multi-lane. I was on the south side of town, an area I don't visit alot, when I hit my first roundabout.
I was a little lost, but made it through the rounabout ok. While trying to figure out exactly where I was, what do you know, another roundabout.
Next thing I know, I am driving into the airport, not where I was planing to go. I guess if I hadn't been a little lost in the first place, it would not have seemed so bad.

The city is building two of these roundabouts near me. I imagine its going to be pretty interesting this winter.

Edit: They really should explain how these things work to the public before intalling them.

Red + green should be confusing and a great way to create accidents galore anywhere. I suppose you mean red or green? :)

[ouch on the are vs. our]

BTW, Walk/Don't walk are quite useful for anticipating the switch to red when driving or avoiding death at complex intersections with left turn/right turn arrows.

Good to see you're coming over to our way of thinking. ;)

I've only once encountered difficulties with roundabouts and that was last year in Swindon. Clap your eyes on this beauty:

I managed to cross it without problems a couple of times and avoided hitting anything. I'm still not quite sure how I managed this, however. It was scary.
here is the google maps link to it:

Doesnt look too bad in RL.
