Use of 3D technology in Cartoons

On the Dutch news-site nu.nl, there's a cartoon now that is rendered rather than drawn. It's quite funny, but I also like the style.

Are there more examples of something like this?

Lots and lots of 2-D cartoons and animation are 3-D rendered - or at least partially rendered - these days, they just may not look that way. It allows speedy mass production of junk, prototyping, reuse, aids composition, and so on.
 
Sorry, yes, I mean Comics. I'm not thinking of Disney's Aladin caves and so on. If a mod happens to be passing by ...
 
I like the art style! Very clay-sculpted models - ish.

And most of todays cartoons (motion ones, you know, on the television) are done in 3d software.

Hell, South Park is done almost completely in Maya IIRC - they can create a *complete* episode in 3 days. I have a lot of respect for Matt and Trey.
