UBI talks Far Cry 2 engine

I finally finished it, good game - it just has too little in game evolution. The first missions play like the last ones. The world they constructed is cool and the gun play is fun. I can't imagine doing all the side missions, I did very few and it still took 18 hours to finish it and I was tired at the end.

Very solid FPS overall.

I really enjoyed it, but the night-time play could have been much better. Nobody has a flashlight in Africa?

FC2 could have been much much much better, its a shame they didn't do more with it.

The graphics was top notch, but the world felt dead. More civilians, a different guardpost solution (how about, we can drive up to the guardpost without getting shot, have some sort of conversation with the guard, maybe bribe him,and the guards finally decide if they are going to shoot you or not? Having them shooting you at sight is ridiculous) and generally more things happening, africa felt like some abandoned country without anybody\anything (for the most part) in FC2.
