Ubi powerless against EA takeover

Ever since EA bought 20% of Ubi's stock, I thought this was inevitable. Does anyone have the money and the determination to stand between EA and their prey? I don't see anyone.

True, but now Ubi is admitting it. And that hasn't happened before.
This could be a slightly veiled attempt at getting other offers.

I think this is a prime time for SEGA-Sammy to just get back in the the publishing games business. I would imagine that Ubi Soft is one of the companies that SEGA has been looking after for some time now.

It would be a real shame to see EA gobble Ubi Soft and then have all the quality games they produce turn into a fraction of what it now is.
