You know, this is what makes you look like a total Sega nut. WHAT exactly makes them "exceptional", huh? It's just a word meant to stoke your own ego, "ooh the DC is
exceptional, I'm getting a hard-on just thinking about it".
A DC isn't JUST a SH4 and a PVRDC, there's several discrete RAM chips for CPU and GPU each, there's also the MC68k and Yamaha DSP, with more discrete RAM. The system as a whole CLEARLY was not designed to be a mobile solution, so touting words like "exceptional", etc just makes you look rediculous.
Besides, like Ty already noted, the price/performance of the DC was artificially inflated by the system's poor sales and the need to reduce price too early in its lifespan.
