Tour de Doping, indeed. The idealist in me hopes that only a few are doped, but the cynic in me thinks everyone are doped.

The testing they do now is insane. The top riders have already been tested multiple times since the tour started. I think Lance was even tested twice in one day.

The tests can't really keep pace with the development on the other side. So it may help a little, but only a little.
