Yeah, this is a must buy for me.

This game is ubelievable looking. Crazy lighting effects and textures. The only downside of i is the framerate. Anything about improvements on that?

I dunno, doesn't look amazing to me. I think it looks good, but not amazing. Maybe my expectations are too high. I think some stuff on PS3 is looking better. I could be wrong (too many beers last night ).
