So apparently Witcher 3 cost only 32 Million to develop. How long before publishers are incentive to nurture more game studios in eastern europe where wages are lower? Not just talking about outsourcing some of the art direction to cheaper places but the core dev studio itself.

WOW! I was expecting a bit more and I'm Polish and know realities of living in Poland. Considering game was in development for 4 years CDPR really kept their budget in check! I bet investors are really happy then
That gives them 115 million zloty to use for a team of about 200 over 4 years. It gives them between 6000 and 12000 zl. per month to pay for wages and that seems to be about right for most of game designing staff with exception of engine devs and maybe lvl. artists. But they had to pay offices rent and promotional campaings and all the travel across Europe to gather materials (old cities, landscapes). This is job really well done considering budget and size of their studio!
I won't even compare this with $265 million game ...
At level 12 I did the level 11 griffon armor quest, wow it made some junk armor that was a downgrade. I guess I should be ahead of the curve next time?

Each armor set is made to compliment a specific build. Feline, Griffon, and Bear are made for Light Combat/Light Armor, Signs/Medium Armor, and Heavy Combat/Heavy Armor respectively. If you mostly use spells, the Griffon armor set and it's upgrades can carry you through to the end of the game.
New DLC finally added Wolf School gear, the schol Geralt is from. I was wondering aloud just last week that where is Geralt's school's gear and here it is ! Anyone know what its bonuses are? and where to get it?
Fixes lack of interaction with Roche on Oxenfurt Bridge in the quest 'Get Junior'
Geralt's clothes will no longer be wet after leaving the menu
The gate in the crypt now works correctly during the quest 'Scavenger Hunt: Viper School Gear'
Fixes the endless loading screen when fighting the Ice Giant during the quest 'Lord of Undvik'
Mutagen bonuses will now be saved properly
Potion of Clearance will no longer be automatically placed into the quick slot if player runs out of other edibles
Fixes issue where some skills were not removed properly by Potion of Clearance
Improves stability in gameplay and the UI
CDPR are also working on "another pretty big update which will bring a large number of amendments to the game" and "this patch should follow shortly after 1.05". Good that CDPR clarified that they can not go back in time and release the patch earlier than the patch they released today.
Thanks for clarifying the nature of a linear space-time continuum guys!

I've had some weird glitches happen in Skelige such as dead enemies locked in their last pose a la Bullet Time, dropped loot spawning under the map (on hills generally) and some regular interval bursts of slowdown (near one mission in particular).

I've had several bullet time instances at the harbour near Kaer Trolde, things like boxes falling off things then freezing in time and space. I keep looking around for cats. Déjà vu?
I finished the main quest line yesterday having done a lot of side missions and Witcher contracts along the way but leaving a fair few yet to do in my quest log and and knowing that there's probably a bunch I've not yet even picked up from bulletin boards.
The game was awesome but the central narrative was simply way drawn out for me. Every major step in the narrative felt like it was sprinkled with several sub-quest plots with their own sub-quest plots and when I took a break from it for a few days and returned, I couldn't quite remember what I was doing for who, or why.
The Witcher 3's central story felt very much like the video game version of the movie of The Hobbit - a good story that was unnecessarily drawn out into three 3-hour movies. That said every quest was well written with good dialogue but by the end it just wanted it to end. It took me five weeks to complete and the completion rate for the trophy for completing the game on PSN was 10% and I'm surprised it was that high.
For me, the game ended with - be careful, major f***ing spoilers:
Ciri returning and going to Vizima to become Empress.
Geralt and Yennifer ending up together. By the end I felt I'd rather be with Triss so roll on play through 2!
Radovid died and Emhyr var Emeries as emperor conquers the South but returning it to run under local Temerian rule. Huzzah Emperor, you're not such dick after all!
Vesemir died
Keira and Lambert getting together and went off adventuring. WTF!
The persecution of mages ceased. Huzzah! The persecution of non-humans begins. S#!T.
Cerys ruled Skellige and everybody was happy apart from everybody I killed there
The Baron killing himself having lost his wife.
Whoreson Junior lived as a pathetic homeless dude. EXCELLENT!
Dijkstra's head fell off. I was nearby with a sword. Coincidence?
Sara the Godling stayed in the 'haunted house' with Corrine.
I felt pretty satisfied with the endings given my actions and choices. Definitely the best game I've played on PS4 to date and a game I look forward to playing again with a different character build and some different choices while ignoring some side quests.
I fought Ice Giant yesterday and it was awesome! Very gory locations leading to final encounter and oh boy, that ship in the middle of island! It looked fantastic there!

Congrats @DSoup , glad to know that it was fun for you. I don't know where I am in the main story -by that I mean how much is left for the game to be completed- but I don't mind that much. I've just managed to craft the superior feline gear and I am happy with the result.
CD Projekt explains how they built the world. Settlements, villages, cities, monsters placement, quest design, etc, a very interesting interview.
