Thanks Dad!

That's neat, everytime he has some dental work or surgery done can revise his name.

Hell maybe even a haircut could be 2.001

I wanted to call our second cat just Version 2, however I couldn't get that one past my girlfriend.

I think it's pretty obvious that this chap shouldn't have been allowed to breed in the first place. I do worry for the gene pool... :devilish:

Dave Baumann 4.1 -> :D

[BAD CATALYST JOKE]
Let's not forget the arguments in class about if it's really 4.10 or how it relates to Dave Baumann 3.10.

Good thing too. Because the test of a good name is saying it fast a dozen times. Well technically the test if for childrens name, but it works for cats too. So imagine yourself calling for:
"here version 2,version 2,version 2,version 2, here version 2"
or
"here version 2,version ,version ,version , here version 2"
see doesnt work.

later,
epic
ps what did you end up with?

what about snowball-2

anyway, surely loads of americans are called something like Jr or II or III (etc).. so it's just a 'modern day' version of that :)

Dave 2.0 (Dave Barron being 1.0).

I have a vague memory that one of the Daves here presented another Dave as his father (quite some time ago). Is that correct? And in that case, which Daves are they?

Or was that what you hinted at John? Surnames seem wrong for that.

Well, it would probably have been abbreviated to "two".

I was going to go for Wheelybin, because I thought it might be quite amusing to go round the streets shouting "Wheelybin, Wheelybin, where are you Wheelybin" if it run off. However, for some reason we just ended up with Noodle.

Heh, no. Dave 2.0 is physically older than Dave 1.0. Dave 1.0 started this site as a teenager still in high school.
