Nope, I can't do that...I know, I've tried. :oops:

I have to have a definite "last one", and the end of a pack is usually the best way for me.

My wife was just like you, but she quit and has stayed quit for almost 6 months.
If you think you need help kicking the habit, have a doctor perscribe welbutrin. She believes that this helped her alot.
