The $5 Fanatical Reaper bundle expires in a day and change, another excellent, eclectic bundle:

https://www.fanatical.com/en/bundle/reaper-bundle

https://isthereanydeal.com/specials/#/filter:id/6944

Dungeon Rats
Figment
Homeworld Remastered Collection
Hover
Immortal Redneck
Jalopy
Payday 2
Renowned Explorers: International Society
Subterrain
Tales from Candlekeep: Tomb of Annihilation

And the next Humble Monthly headliners are Earth Defense Force 4.1 + all eleventy DLC, Warhammer Vermintide II Collector's Edition, and Cultist Simulator.

These bundles used to kick ass. Now it's mostly stuff like the first game in that list which has worse graphics than cruisin USA.

I thought the Yakuza 0 bundle (two months ago) had some great reveals, but, yeah, the reveals can be hit or miss. The bundles are still great if you think of them as a historical low price for just the headliners with the reveals as a bonus. (Granted, the headliners aren't exactly brand new and usually don't include DLC. I got Dark Souls 3 and a DLC in a Monthly for $12, and the other DLC hasn't gone on sale for less than $6.)

If anyone's interested in Age of Decadence and didn't get that sweet Reaper bundle from a few posts up, it's in a new bundle with its combat-only spin-off Dungeon Rats and three other games for $4: https://www.fanatical.com/en/bundle/fantasy-legends-bundle

Just decided to get the humble monthly AC:O bundle. The freaking U-play launcher immediately crashes anytime I try to launch it. Yay?

So, I can no longer ever access the copy of FarCry 3 that I bought on Uplay because they lost my original account. An account that must somehow still be there because I couldn't use my e-mail address to start up a new account. So, I had to make a new account to play The Division which I got on Steam. And now I can't play either that or AC:O (has to be redeemed through Uplay) because the launcher just crashes whenever it's started.

What a piece of dung. :p

SB

Did you try completely uninstalling, checking for any leftover data and purge?

If anyone here wants Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 Standard Edition (a Battle.net key), just a reminder that it's in Humble Bundle's June Monthly Bundle along with probably 5 or 6 mystery indie games (these should be Steam keys) for $12 until Friday, June 7th 10am Pacific. Don't forget to check out the Trove if you subscribe. It's DRM-free downloads of a bunch of quality older games (e.g., Soma, Limbo, Super Meat Boy, Hacknet, Tacoma, Orwell, The End Is Nigh, Torchlight, Indy Jones and the Fate of Atlantis, X-Wing / vs. Tie Fighter): https://www.humblebundle.com/monthly/trove

FYI, there are some region restrictions for BlOps 4.

If you've never subscribed to the Monthly before, use a friend's referral link (it's in their account settings page) when you do to give them some store credit. Or PM me if you want mine.

Whoa that's cheap.

One additional piece of info, if you already own some of the things in the collection, Steam will automatically remove those from the cost calculations. So for me, for example, the collection would only be 4.32 USD to grab all of the things that I don't already own on Steam.

Good deal, and I like it when developers/publishers allow Steam to do that.

I don't like it when there are good collection deals, but then the developer/publisher don't allow Steam to reduce the price based on things you already own from the collection.

SB

The "complete your collection" bundles are great, especially for DLC which nowadays isn't discounted as much as its base game.

Speaking of cheap, Fanatical has a great new pick & mix bundle with a bunch of very well reviewed games. 3/$1.50, 6/$2.80, or 9/$3.60: https://isthereanydeal.com/specials/#/options:pending;/filter:id/7470

Seriously, Homeworld: Remastered for 50¢.

Edit: PSVR users in the US, The Invisible Hours (also in this bundle) is $5 used at GameStop (or $10 with three other <=$5 games).

Humble Monthly subscribers, The Sexy Brutale is in the Trove.

If you're willing to brave yet another digital storefront, consider the Microsoft Ultimate Games Pass promo. For a few more days (not sure when it ends, just quoting goonergaz's post linked below), for $1 you can get a month free. More importantly, that $1 trial converts any existing Gold or regular Games Pass membership to Ultimate. You can add up to 3 years of Gold (which are usually cheaper than Games Pass) and then convert it all to Ultimate for $1. I'm pretty sure all Microsoft first party titles (e.g., Forza Horizon 4, Gears 5, Halo Master Chief Collection) get added to Games Pass at launch, plus there's the usual mix of other games (some quite recent, like Metro Exodus, Slay the Spire, Void Expanse).

Here's a list of the Windows 10 games on the service (not sure if it differs per region):
https://www.windowscentral.com/xbox-game-pass-pc-list
https://www.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-game-pass/games?=pcgames

And details on how to maximize the promo: https://forum.beyond3d.com/posts/2075684/

Best Buy (and maybe other places?) has a 3 month Xbox Ultimate Games Pass for $20. I think there's some fine print involved, like not being a current subscriber, so you may have to let your current subscription lapse before using it (or not, if you read recent reviews--I think MS loosened the requirements to let all those $1 intro promo people to add this). FYI, Games Pass is getting Slay the Spire on August 15th.

Humble has a Crusader Kings II bundle that apparently gives you all the gameplay (as opposed to cosmetic / music) DLC for $15. You can get CK2 and a lot of its early DLC (many of which are the most recommended, according to some fans) for $1, and you'll have about three weeks to decide if you want to bump your purchase to a higher tier (usually you have a week after the bundle ends, and you increase your amount on your personal bundle purchase page).

You have until ~Friday noon Pacific time to get in on the Humble Monthly, with Kingdom Come and Surviving Mars as the headliners. Don't wait til the last minute, as I discovered last month. Or do, and realize a lot of these games end up on other subscription services (like Hellblade and Surviving Mars).

Humble Spooky Horror 2019 has a bunch of highly rated new-to-bundle games (which will probably be given away for free shortly via Epic/Humble/PS+/Gold/...) and a pretty low BTA price right now ($4.30).

$1+: Agony, Butcher, Town of Light
BTA ($4.30+): Beholder 2, Darkwood, Pacify
$10+: INSIDE

(INSIDE is free at the Epic Store for the next week, FYI, which may explain the low BTA. Also, Halloween is ages away.)

Fanatical also has some good bundles right now, including Kingdom Come: Deliverance in a $13 bundle for anyone who doesn't have Game Pass or missed the recent Humble Monthly.

Revolution Bundle:
$2.5: Deus Ex GotY, Dungeon Rats, Jagged Alliance 2 Classic + Wildfire
$5: Age of Decadence, Halcyon 6 Lightspeed Edition, Learn Japanese to Survive Hiragana Battle, Star Wars KOTOR
$8: Deus Ex Human Revolution Director's Cut
$13: Kingdom Come Deliverance

Indie Legends Bundle 9:
$1: some games
$5: Oriental Empires, Tesla vs Lovecraft, Testament of Sherlock Holmes, and some more games
$8: more games

If you want more than one Fanatical bundle and want to save some pennies, buy the cheaper one first and then try to use the 12% off coupon they send you for the other bundle(s).

Again, Kingdom Come is included with PC Game Pass, and there are a couple of Game Pass deals for non- or lapsed subscribers right now that should get you 5 months of Ultimate Game Pass (PC & Xbox & Gold) for $7:

1) Go here: https://www.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-game-pass#join

2) Get the $5 for 3 months PC Game Pass offer (5 days left).

3) Then get the $2 for 2 months Ultimate Game Pass offer (22 days left), which, if it still works, should add 2 months to your 3 PC months and convert everything to Ultimate. No guarantees, as I haven't tried it yet.

If you already have Gold, then just getting the $2 Ultimate offer should still convert any remaining months (up to ~36) to Ultimate.

Some great bundles there. But seeing that Kingdom Come is now included with Game Pass PC, I have to voice a large complaint about the service.

It's too good. My incredibly fast 1 TB NVME SSD can't hold enough games. :( And since I just spent my remaining PC hardware budget for the year upgrading my CPU to a 3700x, I can't fix that problem with a larger drive yet. ARGH. Damn you Microsoft!!! :)

Maybe, 2 TB NVME drives will drop to 100 USD for the Holiday season and I can liberate some money from other household budgets. :p Wishful thinking. :)
