Spider-Man 2 (might contain spoilers)

I found it great - the elevator scene was most unexpected and a real gem to put into the movie - well done whoever thought that idea up.

Strangely a very satisfying movie in a way Shrek 2 wasn't. I think I'll see it again!

Ok, came back from a midnight showing of spidy 2. My review/opinion:

WOW

Best movie in a long time. I laughed over some of the scenes for over 5 minutes.

I would not howerver recommend the movie for young children. There is a scene which is quite grusome.

What was gruesome the hospital scene? Darn I have been desensitized or something I didn't notice...

The screaming and the implied violence. I didnt feel it bad for myself and others, but for young children (less than 5) it might not be the best of ideas.

Just saw the movie earlier today and leaned over to my friend right after the hospital scene and said, "Not a movie for kids."

It wasn't as good as all the reviews had led me to believe. Really slow first half with too many hero expositions, particularly Aunt May's heavy-handed speech.

LOL well I don't have any kids yet and it is a good thing for all of us :p Anyway I liked it I didn't think it was the best movie ever or anything but it was fun.

By the way yeah the elevator scene was really funny to me. I liked that part a lot even if it wasn't action packed :p

That was Hal Sparks, a Chicago comedian who's been playing a gay character on Queer as Folk for the past three years. I kept waiting for some sly glance or something after the "it kind of rides up in the crotch" comment.
