Sony developing its answer to DirectX

so Sony is trying to put together a response to DirectX
(and XNA I assume). this is a positive thing, IMO.

Cell(Architecture) and this Sony version of direct X will power all future Playstations.

There is simply too much investment and time into Cell/PS3 for it not to be recycled into the PS4 and onward, even if they plan on using the architecture for CE products.
