Mr. Slave is one my favourite Characters on the show - this super-stereotypical chains-and-leather homosexual whose most common line is "Jesus Christ!".
"Scott Tenorman Must Die" is another classic. A vengeful Cartman makes a guy eat his own parents. Yech.
As for the last episode... I found it kinda weak, like most episodes in season 8. There were a few good laughs (the PETA camp) but I generally see a problem with episodes that try to comment on current matters because they can never become classics. Their funniness is too closely tied to what's happening right now.
I see South Park going down the same drain as the MAD Magazine a couple of years ago... when they switched from Don Martin, Spy vs Spy and such to movie spoofs and poking fun at current events. That's exactly what's happening with SP right now.
