This abolutely freaks me out, and can someone explain it to me. I have a Sony Trv19. I point it at my tv screen, and when I move it around the top half of my screen moves but the bottom half lags. As in it looks like its staying there for a split second then drags itself along. The TV is a CRT Analog. It might have something to do with the refresh rate but its really strage the way half of the image on the screen just stays there before it moves along.
