N nutball Veteran Supporter Aug 30, 2008 #2 Some tests I did a few weeks ago told me that a 1GB DDR2 667MHz DIMM pulls about 1-2W (not overclocked or any of that silliness). I'd doubt that 800MHz or 2GB DIMMs would be wildly different.
