Question about ip tracering programs

Ok,

I would like to know if anyone knows of any type of ip tracing program that will trace a computer that resides inside a network which is running off of a client computer. I ask this because there is a staff person where I work at that has been illegaling accessing some peoples computers. I have found some programs but they must recide on the server as well as on the client.
