Looks pretty nice and the concept is very interesting. Looks like a combination of Soul Calibur, Sekiro, Final Fantasy and Ghost of Tsushima.
The soundtrack is amazing.

Announced for PS4 and PS5. I tried to find any other platforms but since I have no idea if this is just for these platforms or more, I am not putting them in the title.

SCV is great but the online play is a mess. Can’t get a good match going

It's a Chinese developer, so PC is a given. Right now the only known platforms are PS4, PS5 and PC.
