IMO, that's they way I'd have handled the situation, and I think it would have sufficed to diffuse the situation before it reached its present fever pitch. IE, a "stitch in time saves nine," an "ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure," etc.

Thanks for you input, and there is no doubt that a person like you would have done it differently from me. And that only reinforces the statements I have made before about you. I am fighting for some of the ideals that the USA is based on. You would not do that, and that is OK. There are others that will willingly fight the battle for all of us.

As to your hypothetical handling of the matter… The fact of the matter is that there was NO resolution for IL except for us taking our article down. You are not privy to full information about the situation. If you were, maybe you would have a different opinion. We had discussions with IL and Kevin Bachus before this ever started. They wanted it taken down and that was it. We made multiple offers to correct anything that was wrong and not till their third set of threats from their lawyers did we see anything that ever looked like correction list. Of course that list turned out to be full of “trash.â€￾

Still I would like to see YOUR PROOF to back up the statements you make as fact about things we have said, but in true fashion you will ignore those posts and try and change the argument to "your opinion" all of a sudden. I guess you think writing a book per post will somehow cover your tracks, but some of us can focus a little better than that.

You talk a bunch of trash and can't back it up. You attack anything that HardOCP does that you can make up a story about that you think will make us look bad. You live in some fantasy land where anonymity gives you the ability to act out on all the little baseless scenarios you dream up. That is my opinion. I tell you what. Why don’t you give me you real name and address and we will see if you really do turn tail and run at the first sight of a legal battle. Just kidding and making a point.
