With extreme cooling sure. You're not going to hit above 3.5~3.6Ghz with air cooling on a regular basis. You're really trying to strech the abilities of the processor here. It hits no where near 4Ghz on a regular basis you're using water cooling, which the price of that totally negats you getting a chip processor in the first place.

Basically the 805 is a great deal, but dont expect it to set records, because it wont even get close. Even at 4.1Ghz (uncommon) then you'll still be slower than half of the X2 lineup and nearly all of the Core 2 lineup.
