yes but low_K is what works with Blk Dia. Soi has been the issue. I guess when you get your tech from a company going though bankruptcy(DOW) you might not get all the help you would want. BUT IBM wil be all that on .09. (hello Blk Dia.) I guess AMD has a real good run on .09 going, good news for us .
