NV35 demos up and running

Well, i think that "vulcan" was the least impressive of them.

I´m on 44.71 driver´s, they seem very stable and good actually.
Something changed in 3dmark03, game 2,3 and mother nature "felt" smother in some way.
esp Battle of proxycon.

The card is a MSI5900@450/900.

"Experience the heat of Vulcan's frustration first-hand with a GeForce FX 5900 GPU powering your PC. "

<chuckle> fx .. flow .. *cough*

Shouldn't it read:

"Experience the heat of Vulcan's frustration at the GeForce FX 5900 GPU"

;)

Vulcan and Dusk (non-ultra) seem to work fine on GFFX5800.
The others don't... (well... Gas Station only seems to work when I set the "Application Panel" mode to "High Performance" and then the shadows don't look right. Dusk Ultra runs at ~1fps and every few frames some geometry vanishes / appears.

Dusk Ultra runs smoth on my rig/128megNV35.
Gas demo runs pretty good, it lags sometimes, i think it´s when loading textures or something.
I´m pretty sure they could have pulled the Gas demo "smother" on 128 megs card but it´s just PR.

Oh well. Tried running this with the OGL wrapper for the Dawn demo and none of them work. They either load up and I get music, but no graphics, or they crash as soon as I double click the startup icon.

Guess the OGL wrapper for Dawn was application specific. :(

Gas Station works fine on GFFX5800 (well, mine at least) if I change my AGP aperture size to 256MB. Anything less, and I have an average of 1-5fps.

Vulcan and Dusk run smoothly, though. Dusk "ultra" is rather choppy, mind.

Good point, that...
On another note, the most recent (non-official) WHQL drivers (44.71?) crash with the NMI-parity blue-screen on my dual athlon box again... Regression testing, hello?
