Maybe but when would ImgTec have a press release then? Product has been annouced and I would think that ImgTec would have a simultaneous press release if they were powering it.

it's not powered by MBX...
and afaik neither by Bitboys SVG...

it seems to be some sort of "software only"... what comes to graphics...

Not necessarily. We (Sigmatel) power the Creative MuVo player, and they were so uptight it that they had us make special packaging to put a creative label on our chip so as not to spoil the mystique. Also, the new Nike/Philips players are powered by our chip, but since Philips Semiconductor makes an MP3 chip which lost the design win, Philips Consumer electronics did not allow us to issue a press release saying their product was powered by Sigmatel.
