The GaiKai model I remain very skeptical about. I think we'll see a next generation yet - we've far from tapped out. What will be interesting is to see if something like VR take off. This needs even more power and requires even less latency.
I am also still skeptical about the server side resources needed. I expect in the end the cloud will blend with clients, not one way or the other exclusively. PS4 will become a GaiKai streaming server itself above everything, and game streaming will be limited at first to demos and backward compatibility.
I will be surprised if we get much further than that this gen, and it's applicability will be to secondary devices more than the consoles themselves.
