Next-Gen: 100 Game developers overview

In the spirit of GDC, Next-Gen has a 10 page article listing 100 game developers in no particular order.

We selected the Hot 100, based primarily on their studio’s market success in 2005. In addition, we kept in mind any potential huge successes for 2006, as well as people who are clearly industry luminaries regardless of their recent or upcoming projects.

It's an interesting read, got nostalgic with Ed Boon, I wasted, no spent! so much money on Mortal Kombat II.

Who's your favourite dev? Are there any that are not on the list?

Some classic devs/game designers that get my respect are the Miller Brothers (creator of Myst), Sid Meier (civilization) and Will Wright (Sim City). Not to mention the Bungie of old (Tuncer Denize, Marathon Series)
