Yeah - different issues. Germany and Australia particularly for censorship/rating issues. Lots of other places for lack of localisation or physical distribution. Any country which isn't in the G20 and where the language, or particular dialect, is spoken by relatively few in global terms, is probably going to play second fiddle in localisation terms. I recall CD Project Red initially being sad because Poland wasn't even on Microsoft's launch roadmap for Xbox One when the game was originally intended to be released - bearing in mind Microsoft have a marketing deal for Witcher 3. Obviously much has changed since.well, I'm not aware of any games censorship in the Czech Republic ... sure, we don't have some services available (Netflix, etc.) and games doesn't have localized voiceovers and only some have localized subtitles, but this is not a problem, at least kids will learn English.
My point was the UK is far from the worst place to be a gamer, hence my grass is greener reference
