New GameParks?

I don't recall this being covered before. I just randomly went onto the Gamepark website, (makers of the GP32), and it looks like they've got not one, but TWO more handhelds coming out, both of which appear to feature some sort of 3d acceleration, and both of which look pretty sexy, IMO. Using what appears to be the same as the PSP screen it seems. What software will it run though?

Also, why are they releasing this? I can't see much reason to buy this over a PSP seeing as it's very similar but PSP is sure to have the vastly more substantial software base.

If the Mini ends up selling for $150 (which they indicated) I sure will look into getting one, atleast if they keep it open for homebrew like they did with the GP32 (which I own).
OpenGL ES accelerated handheld with open SDK = good.

many people would take a psp-class device but with _proper_ software openness in a heartbeat over the psp. i know i'd have done that if a had the choice.

Well, they are a Korean company also, and I think in Korea the original GP32 was much more successful. So there they may be on more even footing with PSP.
