New computer, need advice

I'm building up a new rig in a week or so,
I really couldn't find what i was looking for so i'll just ask what do you think would be the best buy.

CPU (this one or if i can't it find the 2.6C)
Intel Pentium 4 - 2.4C /800GHz 512KB cache BOX socket 478 180,00€

Mainboard
i was not able to find the ABIT IS7 so i'll guess i'll go for a
ASUS P4P800 DELUXE 189€
OR
ASUS P4C800 DELUXE 233€
What would you get?

Videocard
ATI radeon 9800 PRO

RAM, this is the real question, i can get:
2x Kingston HyperX 256MB 434MHz DDR CL 2 - 106€ each
OR
2x DDR 512MB PC400 no brand - 84€ each.

What do you think would be better?

512Mb ddr434 or 1Gb no brand (high latency) ddr400?

I'm planning to overclock the cpu as far as i can go, but i also use photoshop, and for money problem i cannot get 1Gb of Kingston HyperX

If you're going to oc, go for the P4C.
As for the memory, just take the one with Winbound BH-5 chips on it. Twinmoss pc3200 is cheap (45€ for 256Mb // 90€ for 512Mb ,here in Belgium).
For cooling, i would advise a SLK900, on top of that a 92mm fan. ( didnt see that in your post although :s )

I love my SLK900U... need to clean it sometime so it'll be nice and shiny for when I get my NF7-S 2.0 back.
