New ATI & Nvidia Product Lines

I read that NVIDIA and especially ATI are redoing there product lines and will be shipping soon new products based on the next generation hardware.

Can anyone enlighten us as to all the products exactly? I am most interested in the next mobile ATI product codenamed M10. I have heard little to nothing about this video card. When are all these going to be reviewed? Released? Available to buy? I want a laptop, and am waiting for such a new line to appear.

Feels like going a bit backwards. I want the top of the line to drop in price not in features or pipes and such as well. It's like ooing an aaahing at the latest thing then going out an buying a gf2. We should be moving forwards not backwards. The next gen. of games are going to be extremely fill rate bound cutting pipes + clock speeds on mass market product that will have to deal with heavy fillrates is stupid imo.

What are you comparing to what though? Are you trying to tell me that a $99 NV34 will perform worse than a $99 GF3? NV31 and NV34 aren't top-of-the-line!

Sure, it would be nice if NV35 came out next week and the price of NV30 got slashed to a few hundred quid. Not a very good way to make money though.
