N64 on HDTV

What is the best way to hook up a N64 to a HDTV? SVideo is the best N64 supports right?

You have to mod the n64 to get rgb..

Yeah N64 only has the analog out connection but I don't know what all those pins are capable of.

I don't think I've ever seen a TV with RGB....is that popular in Europe? I don't have a HDTV yet, just planning and considering. The only connections I've seen though are Component, SVideo, Composite, and the oddball "DVI" connections.

Has anyone here tried N64 on a HDTV? How does it look?
