My friend wants to use his old v.92 56k and turn his pc into a phone.

I was wondering whether or not this is possible. I know it's stupid. I was just wondering if it can be done with this equipment. He begged me to find out for him, geez.

I think it's full duplex, but theres adsl running off the same line as well.

Yes, just need software like talkworks or something. I used to use my computer as an answering machine.
