Music Cataloging Software?

So yeah, my MP3 collection is starting to get huge (30,000 songs) and I've been searching for an easy way to keep track of everything outside. Basically, I need/want something that will search my entire song database and give me a text file of them all. Anyone every heard of anything like this? Or a way to do it in some media player?

If you need simple text file, then dir *.mp3 /b /s >out.txt would do the trick (or some variation of that cmd).
As for programs, I guess you could use Winamp's media library, that does the job fine too. I'm not sure, but I think it updates automatically and supports searching, sorting etc.
