Considering that you could buy the majority of the stocks in midway for 100k a few months ago, it certainly shouldn't be a suprise that it was on the verge of bankrupcy

Considering Midway hasn't made a profit since the N64 era, this is no surprise. It's just another company consuming more wealth than it produces.
