What are the PC sales figures for Oblivion?
"signifigantly" less than 230k which the sims sold. On GAF I read around 200k. 360 sold more like 400k I believe. This is just for the first week though, remember, we don't know what happened in week 2, but we do know cumalative sales were 1.7million.

360 seems to be outselling it around 2:1. Not bad for a console who'se userbase doesn't like RPG's!

I think the PC sales were a bit less than 200k, and the 360 sales were around 350k (so about 2:1, more or less).

It's shipped ~1.7m so far (who knows how many of those have sold, but in the end it'll likely be close to that, as they don't generally like to ship much more than they predict they'll sell).

360 software is doing very well, especially considering the rather small userbase. I know I've found myself tempted to get games that I wouldn't normally get (genres I am not interested in, or just games that look mediocre even!), just because they are shiny... wonder how often that happens to others?

The KH2 numbers were rather impressive -- only counted 3 days and made ~615k. I'm loving the game so far.

Between rampant PC piracy, the battering that the game gives graphics cards (and therefore most PC gamers' PCs) and the relative (to 360) glut of RPGs on the PC, I think the PC version has done okay.

MS's plan to tie the PC and 360 markets together more closely (through the likes of XNA and PC Live) seems like a quite good one. They can help support each other, with a bit of luck.
