Um clearer than the official 20MB trailer but still not at all sufficient to appreciate the quality... How is the insider version (163MB 640 x 360)?

Thanks Manu, and Marco also for that wonderful video, ~ 177 MB (phew). Somehow it was jerky in WMP and PowerDVD but ran smoothly in Nero Showtime.

I have downloaded most of PS3 games vidoes from gametrailers and other locations. I was most impressed by (no not KZ!) Motor Storm. Apart from MGS4 and KZ, I really liked Killing Day, RE5 (jombie ran too similar to "27 days later"), HS, Wardevil, Warhawk etc. I also downloaded GoW, looks like a winner to me.

But I am really exicited by I8 (?) by Insomianc, the atmosphere was just amazing.

Hurrah!

I was most impressed by Motorstorm as well. Almost looked like real video but can it be done real-time? That is question. PS3 physics capability is what I am most looking forward to.

Looks amazing.

Little details here and there like bits of rubble from the explosions bouncing off Snakes back and shoulders, his hair flowing with the wind and motion. Very impressive stuff, I can't wait to see the next bit of MGS4 on more complete hardware.

There are some realtime artifacts seen (for example a DOF blur is cancelled around Snake's hair in some scenes) so it still has many points to be improved which will be interesting to watch in the future versions :smile:

I think it's the best one we can get so far... it's official direct-feed (plus magazine watermarking). Since it's encoded in 30fps to put it in a DVD along with other next-gen HD trailers, if the GoW trailer is in 60fps it may run faster but anyway it's 720p so it requires a fast CPU yes.

Looks better but now you can see how crap some of the texture's are. But the strange thing is i get a feeling that ive seen those texture's before, but were.......AHa MGS3

Could Hideo of imported or reused some of MGS3's texture's as a bodge job so that he could get the trialer out on time???
