Legend
Having spent a couple of hours with the game now, I can only say that the big guy never got the chance he so righfully deserved. The game is actually quite good and so far I've rather enjoyed my time in the forsaken kingdom. It's all very Zelda-ey, and I do like me some Zelda. It's also quite old-school in design: very little hand holding, which I'm guessing is what's putting people off of it. It's kinda like Enslaved, just minus the idiot proof mechanics, an A.I. character that is actually helpful, and set in a whimsical world. Nice enemy variety as well.
Also, lots and lots of god rays and very good looking sky in general. Think Far Cry 2 in that it isn't just a painted scrolling image. The ever changing cloud formations are all generated on the fly and do some rather neat stuff with the god rays in the process.
