As with anything us devs do, it's strictly under NDA, so no - you probably won't hear anything directly from the event. What might happen, as happened with a couple of previous events IIRC, is that stuff Sony *want* to reveal to the public is announced first at a closed developer event like this, and then the press-releases go out right after. So it's possible that new info will be released around that time - I just wouldn't exactly bet on it.

Can anyone confirm if this is true?:

"Anybody remember hearing about a wee event in Europe called "Destination Playstation"? This was a developer conference Sony was holding for the tech boys in Europe last week, and it was largely expected that Sony would FINALLY reveal details on its almost mythical Playstation 3.

I'm not really sure why he'd expect information from a private, NDA'd, developer event.

For all we know all the information was revealed to them. It was never supposed to be revealed to the consumers though.

Whoever wrote that apparently didn't know what he was talking about.
