little time zone bug

my time zone has been off by an hour for a while (when we went from summer time to winter time), this was an issue I noticed once or twice then forget about.

my zone is GMT+1 (madrid, paris, brussels, copenhagen), it's a thing you setup in the forum options, at that dialogue :

Time Zone
All timestamps displayed on the forums can be automatically corrected to show the correct time for your location in the world. Simply select the appropriate time zone from the list below.
Time Zone:

In addition, you may set the appropriate option to allow for daylight savings time in your part of the world.
DST Correction Option:

DST doesn't work set to auto or on, but off solves the issue.
