Last time visited is sometimes wrong

Sometimes when i visit the forum all Topics are marked read and the last time visited is set to now. (it should be some hours ago)

This happend with IE6 SP1 and Mozilla FireBird, so i dont think its a browser problem.

Yes I used to get that with Netscape as well. My 'solution' was to turn off the automatic login and use the feature, built into netscape, that remembers password and login details. I then just store the URL for direct access to the "login" page.

Yep, same here. Seems to me that cookie processing goes gaga sometimes...

Never had that problem.

Except if 'lag' makes it so the page is not shown, but somehow cookies are updated, then a reload would indeed show all threads as read.
