Yes, I goggled some after reading your post, and that image was the one I too came up with. Hadn't seen it in high-res until now though, I think. Details are surely much easier to make out in the big version! Too bad the red board is so badly out of focus though - for example, is that grey pad on the largest chip a bit of silicon TIM, perhaps...? Also, I think lenses for both cameras are glass, the IR cam (the right one) has some kind of filter coating on it that gives that green sheen, that's all.
The backing plate on the front board looks interesting, I'd imagine it is extruded and then machined. Looks that way to me anyway. Wonder if there's additional cooling fins/ridges on the rear side of it, for dissipating power from the LEDs... In any case, it would add a great deal of structural rigidity to the whole device and make it feel quite solid and well-built; considering how large it is that would be quite beneficial I'd think! Creaky, flimsy-feeling plastic doesn't make anyone happy...
