just wanted to share this one for a short laugh

The intel kb rocks :D

The quantum computing kilobyte is a miss however, imo.

Reminds me of that joke :

Q: How many pentium engineers does it take to change a light bulb
A: 3, One to change the bulb and one to hold the chair

Q: How many microsoft employees does it take to change a light bulb
A: None bill gates just declares darkness the standard

I liked the KiB line as the only place I've ever seen KiB is on this forum. I have an electrical engineering degree and have been working for 10 years and never saw KiB prior to here. Who teaches this nomenclature? I live in the U.S.A.

I think I've saw it somewhere as well, can't remember where though.

Now, the thing is that a kilobyte used in quantum computing should be called KQB. Of course, implementing a single such kilobyte (e.g. as a quantum register) is a dream for Quantum Computing nowadays
