What a pompous self-loving bastard.
Man, this guy must have bribed somebody to get a court decision that insane.
Too bad this didn't happen in a predominantly English-speaking country.
Then they could have tacked on a provision saying it would be all right for his neighbors to interrupt him when he's with a woman (he might be married, maybe) and saying "Hey, you're on her!"
